Job Description (Professional at the Branch Office Corporate Lending and Investment Section)

As a professional at the Branch Office corporate lending and investment section, build and maintain well‑diversified credit portfolio in accordance with the Branch business strategies.

Review, analyze, and monitor detailed financial and quantitative information of existing and potential borrowers, regularly and on a timely basis. Prepare documentation in compliance of internal procedures.

Monitor and report events and changes of borrowers in a timely manner.

To discuss on business strategies.

To report on business transactions and other necessary information.

To obtain and maintain inter‑ratings of borrowers.

Build and maintain stable relationship with clients and other business partners. Explore new business opportunities with existing and potential borrowers. Work on other tasks and duties instructed by the Head of Department and Senior Management of the Branch.

Job Requirements

• Relevant work experience (at least 7 years' experience in Banking Industry).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Multi‑task team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese will be required to liaise with Japan Head Office and Japanese clients.
