Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Bank Teller to assist walk-in customers and manage transactions. The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to compliance. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and be able to educate clients on digital banking solutions. This is a 12-month renewable contract offering a salary of up to $3,300 plus fixed allowances.

Bank Teller

5.5 working days per week (every sat - halfday)

Salary: Up to $3,300 + FIXED Allowance

Duration: 12 months contract (renewable / convertible)

Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk‑in customers
  • Handle over‑the‑counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner (including cash deposits and withdrawals)
  • Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank’s products and services
  • Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform
  • Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction ‑ customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback / escalation / complaint
  • Ability to understand issues and appropriately elevate to Management in a timely fashion
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to self and team effort by accomplishing related results
