Part of CCIB’s Digital Channels & Data Analytics (DCS), we are building a complete end‑to‑end, digital‑first client journey from onboarding, transacting to servicing and reporting. We are passionate about developing best‑in‑class digital client experience through consistent, well‑designed, contextual user journeys across all our client touchpoints such as the H2H, API, Web and Mobile.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Product Analyst to join the Digital Channel Solutions (DCS) Group client segment. The role will primarily support risk remediation initiatives and data quality assurance efforts across our digital platforms, ensuring compliance, operational resilience and superior client experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, knowledge of transaction banking products and familiarity with digital channels to drive effective risk management and data governance practices.

Responsibilities
  • Risk Remediation
    • Partner with product managers, operations, technology and risk teams to identify, assess, and remediate control gaps across digital channel products.
    • Track and manage risk remediation initiatives, ensuring timely closure and effective controls implementation.
    • Support regulatory and audit requirements by documenting processes, risks and mitigating actions.
  • Data Quality Assurance
    • Define, implement and monitor data quality frameworks for digital channels, including transaction and client data.
    • Work with technology teams to identify data issues, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
    • Develop dashboards, metrics and reports to monitor data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Product / Business Analysis
    • Roadmap/Backlog Planning: Execute on the product roadmap deliverables, analysing features and solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test cases for risk and data initiatives.
    • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes related to risk remediation and data improvements.
    • Provide subject‑matter expertise on digital channels (online banking, APIs, host‑to‑host, mobile, etc.) in the context of risk and data quality.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with product owners, technology partners, compliance, risk and operations teams.
    • Prepare clear communication and documentation for senior management, regulators and auditors.
    • Support governance forums, working groups and issue‑resolution meetings.
  • Product Development
    • Execute through the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to build and test, deployment activities and post‑go‑live issue resolution.
    • Domain knowledge: Experience in channels or payments lifecycle; understanding of SWIFT MT and MX formats.
    • Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes; evaluate feasibility and manage scope.
    • Design & architecture: Review solution intent, mapping specifications and obtain sign‑off.
    • Functional test execution: Review test cases and evidence against defined requirements.
    • Implement IT projects with quality, scope and process adherence.
    • Prepare project documentation such as requirement specifications and business cases.
    • Bug and story prioritisation and linkage of requirements to test evidence.
    • Pre‑deployment verification of controls; post‑deployment verification (user verification test) to ensure successful production deployment.
  • Data‑Driven Decision‑Making
    • Leverage data to make informed decisions, optimise product features and drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with Data team to provide management information, metrics and insights.
Business

The role requires close partnership with Transaction Banking businesses and risk partners to gain an in‑depth understanding of business strategies and objectives, develop and align the roadmap and priorities with business goals to meet client needs. Understanding of cash products and commercial and wholesale payments business domain and technical integration through host‑to‑host channels is critical.

People & Talent
  • Collaborate and execute on deliverables with a cross‑functional team, including product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality features and enhancements.
  • Ensure active communication of vision, priorities and progress to the business to foster engagement, awareness and motivation.
Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, compliance, legal and security teams; liaise with these teams to drive regulatory approvals ensuring S2B Access channel remains compliant with banking and data protection laws.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related discipline.
  • 4 to 7 years’ experience in Transaction Banking, Digital Channels or related product/business analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of transaction banking products (payments, collections, liquidity, trade) and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk remediation, audit support or regulatory compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience with data quality frameworks, root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI for data analysis & reporting is an advantage.
  • Previous project, product management and/or implementation experience in Digital Channels and/or Cash Management with understanding of ISO20022 capabilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution in a matrix organization.
