Key Responsibilities

1. Be the Hunter

  • Hunt for new opportunities: Identify, reach out, and convert high-potential SMEs into loyal clients, through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build your sales pipeline with fresh leads and exciting prospects, always moving fast and staying one step ahead of the competition.

2. Close Big Deals

  • Engage with business owners, understand their needs, and pitch bespoke loan solutions that help them grow and expand.
  • Close deals and get the financing flowing to businesses that need it most. Your ability to convert prospects into clients will be key to your success.

3. Build Long-Term Relationships

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in your SME clients. Become their go-to partner for financial advice and support.
  • Always be there, offering timely solutions, and anticipating their next step as their business grows.

4. Be the Expert Advisor

  • Advise clients on the best loan structures and products: working capital loans, trade financing, and growth funding solutions tailored to their needs.
