Overview

The Data, Digital and Coverage Platform Team (DDCP) unit, sits within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division. This is a hands-on role focused on the creation of engaging video-based learning materials that help users understand system workflows, process changes, and new functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Design, script, and produce videos and multimedia materials to support system training and workflow walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and change managers to understand system functionalities and user needs.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, screen recording software, and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Clipchamp, or similar) to create professional and user-friendly content.
  • Maintain a library of training assets and ensure materials remain current and aligned with system updates.
  • Create and prepare visually compelling presentations, fit for management discussions and/or end user trainings.
Broader Change Support
  • Support the planning and execution of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness assessments.
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback tracking.
  • Support change governance activities such as preparing documentation, tracking actions, and maintaining change registers.
  • Provide general project and administrative support to the Change & Improvement team as required.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in change management, communications, or multimedia training design.
  • Proven ability to create and edit videos for corporate or training purposes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Exposure to change management practices or project environments preferred.
  • Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to translate technical information into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
