Job summary

A leading food technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Food Technologist to develop new products and provide technical support. The ideal candidate has a degree in food science with relevant R&D experience in the baking industry. Responsibilities include development of food improvers and on-site troubleshooting. This position involves both Junior and Senior roles depending on experience, with a salary range of S$3,800 - S$4,800.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in R&D for the Junior role.
• At least 5 years working experience in R&D for the Senior role.
• Able to travel overseas for project.

Responsibilities

• Develop new food improvers and applications.
• Assist with queries related to food emulsifiers.
• Work closely with Sales team to ensure products meet client requirements.
