Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in R&D in flour milling, bakery, related ingredient industries.
• Familiar with manufacturing and sampling processes.
• Able to travel overseas for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new food improvers and formulations.
• Troubleshoot on-site at various locations.
• Liaise with sales for technical advice on products.
• Present new products and conduct baking demonstrations.
• Maintain hygiene and safe working environment.
