Bakery Production Worker | Up to $1.9k | Aljunied
  • 5.5 days 44 hours per week, 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm/ 11pm-5am/ 5pm-2am (can choose shift)
  • Salary: Basic $1800 -$1900 + $100 allowance + OT, gross around $2600
  • Location: Aljunied
Job Summary:

As a member of the Bakery Production Crew, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality baked goods. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Baking and Preparation:
  • Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of goods including pastries and cookies.
  • Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure product quality.
Equipment Operation:
  • Operate baking equipment such as mixers and ovens safely and effectively.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
Quality Control:
  • Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality and freshness.
  • Ensure that all products meet company standards before they are packaged or displayed.
Inventory Management:
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and ingredients.
  • Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production goals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as needed.
Sanitation and Safety:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure product safety.
Requirements:
