Job description

Summary :

• Working Days ; 6 Days a Week
• Location : Boon Lay
• Salary : Up to $3,500

Job Scope :

• Responsible for preparation and baking of all pastries, buns, bread and bakery products/items according to the established standards and operating guidelines of the company.
• To ensure the daily bakery productions to meet the daily/monthly and sale's requirements.
• Plan and participate with the management for bakery products development, production, and to improve and enhance product variety from time to time.
• Maintain high standard presentation of pastries, bread, buns and bakery items, ensuring all products are prepared and served in consistency with quality standards and practices.
• All bakery machines and equipment, including bakery raw materials assigned under your care, must be maintained and kept in good usual condition.
• Responsible for maintaining and keeping up the daily stock inventories/stock level related.
