About Opportunity

We are an established artisan bakery production team looking for passionate individuals who take pride in baking and creating high-quality bread and pastry products. Multiple openings are available for both junior and senior-level bakers who wish to build a long-term career in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce a range of bread and pastry items according to quality standards
  • Maintain product consistency and manage ingredients efficiently
  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
  • For senior roles: supervise daily production, train and guide team members, ensure smooth operations, and oversee recipe costing and stock control
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for junior positions, 3–5 years for mid-level, and 8+ years for senior positions
  • Certificate or Diploma in Pastry & Bakery preferred
  • Used to production work routines and able to work independently or in a team
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Currently based in Singapore or planning to stay long-term
