A leading bakery establishment in Singapore is looking for individuals for full and part-time positions. Responsibilities include producing bread and buns, maintaining cleanliness in the baking area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Candidates should have prior bakery experience and good organizational skills. Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a minimum pay rate of $12.50/hr.
Job Description & Requirements
Job Scope:
• Able to produce bread/buns on schedule
• Assist in preparations of bread and other items
• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
• Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients
• Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner
• Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness
• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions
• Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
• Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years and above of bakery work experience
• Physical fit and able to carry heavy stuff
• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Possess baking skills
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
