Responsibilities
- Assist with creation and preparation of all products, in line with hygiene and food safety standards including: preparation and baking of pastries & cakes, frosting and decoration of desserts & whole cakes, production of gelato.
- Ensure that quality of products produced are as per company’s standard and consistency.
- Work closely with team to develop new recipes and idea generation.
- Ensure the proper usage of food and minimize food waste, product quality control.
- Guide, train, and supervise junior members.
- All other tasks as assigned.
