  • Monitor product quality and adjust processes or ingredients as needed.
  • Decorate and finish baked items such as cakes and pastries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Keep inventory of baking supplies and report shortages.
  • Assist in developing new recipes or seasonal offerings.
