Job summary

Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Baggage Handler to ensure safe and efficient handling of baggage at Changi Airport. You will perform baggage induction, capture security photos, and document/test results using a mobile app, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.

Weekly schedule includes weekdays and weekends from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with billing at SGD 15 per hour. This on-site role requires attention to detail and reliable performance in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic proficiency in using mobile applications for documentation and uploads.
Ability to handle baggage safely and responsibly.
Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with supervisors.
Willingness to perform additional duties as required.
May involve standing for extended periods and manual handling of luggage.

Responsibilities

Handle baggage induction processes in accordance with operational and security procedures.
Capture clear, accurate, and high-quality photographs for security and documentation purposes.
Accurately organize and submit photographic evidence using the designated mobile application.
Upload required photos directly from the job site upon task completion or as instructed.
Ensure all required images meet clarity, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Handle all baggage with care to prevent damage or loss.
Identify and elevate baggage issues requiring exceptional handling to the Duty Manager or Supervisor promptly.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational needs.
