Responsibilities

Own and optimize metallization or backfinish process performance.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Troubleshoot process issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Improve yield, quality, cycle time, and cost through data‑driven actions.
Support process qualifications, changes, and technology transfers.
Collaborate with equipment, production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Analyze process data, trends, and capability to identify opportunities.
Support ramp‑up, validation, and implementation of new products or changes.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
