Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C/C++ or other backend development languages is required.
• Experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in backend systems development, API development, and deployment of web-based applications.
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud-based data services like PostgreSQL or Supabase.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend services and platform infrastructure to support research prototypes and digital trust applications.
• Work with researchers to translate outputs into scalable system implementations.
• Set up and manage databases, storage systems, and backend services including platforms such as Supabase, with security controls for user data.
• Deploy and maintain web applications with authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
• Support deployment, integration, monitoring, maintenance, and scaling for reliable operation.
