Job summary

TikTok is seeking interns to join our Data Platform Business Partnering team in Singapore. You will translate business requirements into technical implementations for data tools and applications, build data products, and participate in rollouts and releases to streamline processes.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges, while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, SQL, and computer networks.
• Strong coding skills in at least one language such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Golang.

Our Data Platform Business Partnering team is at the core of TikTok E-Commerce business, responsible for generating tremendous amount of data and providing accessing services and applications. We empower many business & engineering teams to analyze and develop innovative strategies and products driving business growth. Minimum Qualification(s)

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, SQL, and computer networks.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Golang.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Strong interest in data warehousing, ETL development, data analysis, and E-Commerce.
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
