The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, have a solid understanding of backend programming, and be proficient in languages like Java, Python, or Go. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with big data technologies are preferred.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of core products within the big data ecosystem, including: RAM, DataMap, DataStudio, Scheduler System, Data Dashboard, etc.
• Write high‑quality, efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver robust, production‑ready features.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Take part in system architecture design and product roadmap discussions, contribute to the long‑term technical evolution and big picture of our products.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including: data structures & algorithms, operating systems, networking, distributed systems.
• Proficient in at least one backend programming language: Java, Python, or Go.
• Familiar with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and middleware technologies (e.g., Redis, Kafka).
• Understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful API design, and microservice architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience related to: backend system development, big data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Presto, StarRocks, etc.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills in large‑scale systems.
• Proficiency in Java, and hands‑on experience with: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MySQL, Redis, Kafka.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or technical blogs.
