Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system.
 - Coordinate with the front-end sales team to support client requirements.
 - Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database.
 - Follow up with vendors, internal departments, and logistics teams for order execution.
 - Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
 - Handle customer queries via email or phone related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
 - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates.
 - Ensure timely and accurate documentation and filing.
 - Assist in post-sales support and resolving client complaints or issue.
 
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field
 - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP SD module / CRM software is a plus
 - Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
 - Sales order processing and customer support.
 - Coordination with sales, vendors, and logistics.
 - CRM management, data analysis, and report generation.
 - Inventory monitoring and documentation.
