Back Office Sales Executive

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system.
  • Coordinate with the front-end sales team to support client requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database.
  • Follow up with vendors, internal departments, and logistics teams for order execution.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Handle customer queries via email or phone related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and filing.
  • Assist in post-sales support and resolving client complaints or issue.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP SD module / CRM software is a plus
