Job Description

As Director, B2B Strategy, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing leading B2B and audience‑based strategies that drivesignificant growth for our clients. With 10+ years of experience which includes relevant experience driving B2B strategy, you’ll partner with cross‑disciplinary teams to do our best work. From decoding buyer ecosystems and journeys to designing growth frameworks and go‑to‑market strategies, you’ll guide the work that drives measurable outcomes and meaningful differentiation.

You’ll also play a key role in driving business growth, from influencing pitch strategy, shaping high‑value opportunities, strengthening ongoing client partnerships through measurable impact. Beyond delivery, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders: challenging conventions, uncovering opportunities for innovation, and helping clients build the kind of B2B brands that earn attention, trust, and market share.

Beyond delivering standout programs, you’ll act as a true growth partner to clients, shaping long‑term strategies, uncovering new levers for impact, and helping build the kind of work that earns both results and recognition.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Be a Trusted Strategic Partner: Engage senior clients with confidence, solve business challenges through actionable B2B strategies, including ABM, that drive meaningful outcomes. Serve as a strategic counsel, guiding clients as they define and evolve their marketing direction.

Craft Compelling Creative Strategy and B2B Messaging Frameworks: Create sharp, insight‑driven messaging frameworks that differentiate the brand from competition, strengthen its value proposition, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Decode Buyer Journeys and Recommend Content Strategy: Map decision‑making pathways across buying groups to identify key influence points. Translate these insights into targeted content strategies that guide engagement, accelerate conversion, and strengthen brand relevance throughout the funnel.

Set and Plan ABM strategy: Define and lead the strategic direction for ABM programs, developing innovative approaches that align with client goals and accelerate revenue growth and owning the analysis around measurement and reporting.

Enable Cross‑Functional Integration: Work closely with data, media, and client teams to ensure B2B strategies are seamlessly embedded into campaigns and activations. Find ways to integrate AI to not just drive efficiency but also help us get to better work faster.

Lead Innovation & Thought Leadership: Lead the development of B2B frameworks, thought leadership, and strategic tools that elevate our agency’s B2B point of view and differentiate us in the market.

Support High‑Impact B2B Client Workshops: Co‑design and lead strategic workshops for clients for bi‑annual or annual meetings.

Inform, shape and elevate Media Strategy: Work closely with Media buying teams and practitioners to deliver media strategy for clients that connects the thinking with business and brand outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with preferably 2-4 years in B2B marketing, with an understanding of account‑based marketing and strategic planning.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in the use of Audience intelligence tools.
  • Great at crafting creative briefs that inspire distinctive and compelling campaigns.
  • Experience in leading media or comms strategy, working on big regional or global brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into impactful strategies and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional client engagement skills, with experience in managing senior‑level client relationships and leading productive conversations independently.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex B2B concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Understanding of ABM platforms and tools and familiarity with the CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple workstreams and overseeing strategic projects that deliver significant ROI.
  • Comfort in the use and integration of AI into processes and products.
  • Experience in winning new business and contributing to high‑impact ABM campaigns.
  • Expertise in workshop facilitation, leading collaborative sessions with clients and internal teams.
