Job summary

Decathlon Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a part-time Sales Support & Quotations coordinator to join our B2B team in Data Lab, Singapore. You will prepare and generate quotations, respond to enquiries, and maintain trackers to support orders and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Quotation Execution: Prepare and generate B2B quotations using approved templates and pricing guidelines
• Sales & Quotation Execution: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quotations before sending
• Sales & Quotation Execution: Support timely follow-up on quotations
• Customer Enquiry Management: Respond to incoming B2B enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
• Customer Enquiry Management: Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
• Customer Enquiry Management: Escalate complex enquiries to the sales lead when needed
• Data & Process Management: Maintain and update Excel trackers for enquiries, quotations, and orders
• Data & Process Management: Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented
• Data & Process Management: Support basic reporting and pipeline tracking
• Sales Support & Coordination: Assist in coordinating orders and internal follow-ups when required

Your Mission

Support the Decathlon Pro (B2B) team in delivering a fast, accurate, and reliable experience to our corporate customers by managing quotations, handling enquiries, and ensuring strong follow-through on all sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Quotation Execution

• Prepare and generate B2B quotations using approved templates and pricing guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quotations before sending
• Support timely follow-up on quotations

Customer Enquiry Management

• Respond to incoming B2B enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations where possible
• Escalate complex enquiries to the sales lead when needed

Data & Process Management

• Maintain and update Excel trackers for enquiries, quotations, and orders
• Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented
• Support basic reporting and pipeline tracking

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist in coordinating orders and internal follow-ups when required
• Support outbound follow-ups when needed

Requirements

Must Have

• Basic telemarketing or outbound calling experience

Working Hours & Compensation

• Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Office: Data Lab, 220 Stadium Boulevard
• Salary range: $13 – $16 per hour (based on experience and Excel proficiency)
