We are looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end process of merchant acquisition and growth for an app platform within your designated zone. Your role is pivotal in expanding our merchant network and helping partners succeed on the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pitch, and acquire new merchants to join the platform within designated zone.
  • Manage daily merchant queries across commercial and operational topics, ensuring a seamless onboarding and post-onboarding experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing merchants to drive retention and growth.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to contribute to strategies that meet market changes and merchants' requirements.
