Job summary

Dezign Format Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Marketing Executive to support strategic marketing initiatives across the Group. You will help develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business, marketing or communications.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience a plus.
• Experience in design, events & exhibitions is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven with growth mindset.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage B2B marketing collaterals ( decks, proposals, materials).
• Collaborate with design, sales, and project teams for aligned messaging.
• Support digital marketing: website, EDMs, social media, content, copywriting.
• Coordinate with vendors (videographers) as needed.
• Organise marketing assets and documentation.
• Provide admin and operational support; take cross-functional initiatives.
