Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in engineering and have over 10 years of global sales experience, preferably in technology or security systems. Responsibilities include handling RFQs, negotiating contracts, and leading customer escalations. This role requires significant travel, around 60%. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Ability to travel globally for assignments, approximately 60% of the time.

• Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
• Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
• Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
• Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
• Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions

skills & experience required

• Msc / Degree in engineering
• Minimum 10 years of global sales experience in any platform
• Electronics / Technology / Security Systems work experience will be a plus
• Able to travel to overseas-Global for work assignment (around 60%)
