Responsibilities

Documentation Standardization & Governance: audit and standardize documentation across knowledge base with clear ownership.
Enablement Content Design & Relaunch: redesign and relaunch of flagship internal module with measurable outcomes.
Onboarding & Enablement Flows: design end-to-end flows and playbooks mapping the customer journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Input: gather inputs from stakeholders to reflect real operations.
Continuous Improvement & Automation: identify opportunities to simplify knowledge capture and explore AI automation.
