Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Associate Application Developer - AWS Cloud FullStack to join a modern cloud-native team. You will build scalable frontend and backend solutions, leveraging microservices, API-driven architectures, and continuous release cycles in an Agile setting.

You will work with Java, NodeJS, Python, or .Net, apply SQL/No-SQL data modeling, and utilize AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, and API Gateway.

Qualifications

• Cloud-native development experience in modern environments with microservices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, NodeJS, Python, or .Net).
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL data modeling and design.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler cloud services and AWS components.
• DevSecOps tooling including CI/CD and observability.

Responsibilities

• Develop rich UI applications using SPA or microfrontends (ReactJS/Angular).
• Build scalable backend microservices with API and event interfaces.
• Model data using SQL and No-SQL techniques.
• Create event-driven apps with Kafka and cloud services.
• Manage AWS services, deployments, observability, and DevSecOps tooling.
