Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for a part-time Warehouse Associate. No experience required as training will be provided and you will be working rotating shifts (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

You will pick and pack orders, perform quality checks on optical products, receive and organize inventory, label and store items, prepare orders for courier dispatch, and assist with ad-hoc duties as directed by your supervisor. Training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Part-time position with rotating shifts.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Handling optical products and inventory is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on optical products before dispatch.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and storage of products.
• Prepare orders for courier collection and shipment.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Perform quality checks on optical products, including spectacles, lenses, frames, and accessories before dispatch.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

• Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and storage of products within the warehouse.

• Prepare orders for courier collection and shipment according to company standards.

• Perform any Ad-hoc duties assign by the supervisor
