Job summary

A leading financial institution based in Singapore seeks an experienced professional for a role focused on new product development and trade commercialization in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of banking experience in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking, particularly in product management. Qualifications

• Preferably 7+ years of banking experience in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking.
• Experience in Trade Product Management within an International or Regional Bank is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with good influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and support their rollout and process improvement.
• Drive trade commercialization initiatives across all APAC markets.
• Update and develop Trade Product Materials for various uses.
• Promote trade finance business products in APAC to achieve targets.
• Conduct data analytics to support trade promotion activities.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• New product development, Roll Out & process improvement.
• Support branches and subsidiaries for new Product Roll Out, Transaction execution & Commercialization.
• Drive trade commercialization initiatives across all markets in APAC.
• Identify and drive / implement process improvements & product enhancements to keep them fit for purposes.
• Update / develop Trade Product Materials for internal & external use.
• Promote trade finance business – Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade products in the APAC region in order to achieve target.
• Data analytics and related support to drive trade promotion activities.
• Strong Stakeholder Management.

Job Requirements

• Banking experience (preferable 7+ years) in Trade Finance / Transaction Banking.
• Trade Product Management experience in an International / Regional Bank is preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with good influencing skills.
• Good interpersonal & communications skills.
• Proficiency in written & Spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and analytical tools.
