  • Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales, and client-facing activities.
  • Experience in strategic advisory and delivering thought leadership to senior executives.
  • Expertise in crafting technical solutions and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in project management, with experience leading teams through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a globally distributed environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to client engagements.
  • Performed as the Solution Consultant Lead for deals larger than $5~$10 million.
  • 10+ years in IT consulting, solution design, or pre-sales.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions.
  • Strong expertise in cloud, enterprise architecture, AI, and automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and presentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMI, Agile, CISSP).
