Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally within our key sectors
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • If applying for a Management level role, proven experience managing a team, and holding a budget.
