Job summary

An international bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced AVP / Senior Manager – Project Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and support Treasury Settlement operations. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in banking operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in ISO20022 and SWIFT. This role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance and process enhancement within the bank.

Qualifications

Job description

We are partnering with a reputable international bank in Singapore that is seeking an experienced AVP / Senior Manager – Project Manager to support MEPS+ implementation and operational activities within the Treasury Settlement and Remittance function. This position plays a key role in leading UAT initiatives, system readiness, process enhancement and regulatory compliance related to MEPS+.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MEPS+, including planning, execution, coordination and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Head Office, MAS and external parties to ensure testing efficiency and successful deployment.
• Ensure SWIFT and ISO20022 messaging formats are aligned with MEPS+ requirements.
• Review and enhance operational procedures relating to MEPS+ processes.
• Provide operational support and training to Treasury Settlement and Remittance teams.
• Ensure AML/CTF and sanctions compliance for MEPS+ transaction processing.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years experience in Treasury Settlement or Remittance Operations with strong hands‑on exposure to MEPS+, ideally with experience handling UAT or project implementation in banking operations.
• Proficiency in ISO20022 and SWIFT payment/settlement messages.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF screening and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
