Responsibilities:

  1. Originate and structure private credit deals with both public and private companies.
  2. Analyze the unique needs and concerns of each potential issuer.
  3. Guide issuers through the issuance process on ADDX, liaising with third parties such as introducers, issue managers, legal counsel, marketing, and distribution parties to ensure successful issuance execution.
  4. Continuously improve and refine the issuer onboarding process and information collateral materials.
  5. Contribute to overall platform marketing efforts and position ADDX as the platform of choice for accessing capital markets more efficiently.
  6. Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Business Operations, and Technology teams.
  7. Create financial models to evaluate the economics of a listing on the ADDX platform.

Requirements:

  1. A Degree in accounting, economics, business administration, statistics, or related fields.
  2. Minimally 2 to 3 years of work experience in Financial Advisory Services, investment banks, management consulting, or related fields.
  3. Good understanding of the capital markets, market structure, key players, and products, with knowledge of the business/operating models of financial institutions.
  4. Good business acumen and ability to understand core problems and pain points of market players, prioritizing based on business impact.
  5. Experience in a demanding environment involving complex modeling and analysis.
  6. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication skills in both written and oral formats.
  8. Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity.
  9. Comfortable interacting with senior management and industry experts.
  10. M&A / Capital Markets experience in China or working with Chinese clients is a plus but not required.
