Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head the Government Digital Solutions Business Unit (BU), focused on delivering high‑impact, enterprise‑grade digital solutions for Singapore’s Whole‑of‑Government (WOG) initiatives. You will be responsible for product strategy, delivery excellence, and organisational leadership to ensure successful outcomes across government and public sector engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the business unit’s strategic direction with full P&L ownership, aligning product offerings with Singapore’s digital government priorities.
• Product & Platform Management: Oversee development and lifecycle management of enterprise solutions such as workflow systems, portals, case‑management platforms, and data platforms.
• OEM & Partner Ecosystem: Drive and expand partnerships with leading software providers (e.g., ServiceNow, SAS, Elastic, AWS, Azure, Google), ensuring seamless integrations and scalable solutions.
• Delivery Excellence: Lead cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor high‑performing teams of product managers, architects, developers, and delivery leads; foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance‑driven culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment between solutions and strategic outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software delivery, large public‑sector programmes, or digital transformation.
• Strong track record in product strategy, programme execution, and people leadership.
• Experience working with enterprise software OEMs and managing complex integrations.
• Expertise in governance, quality assurance, and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Agile, DevSecOps, or programme management certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP) preferred.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, AI‑enabled solutions, and digital government architectures is advantageous.
