OCBC Bank Singapore seeks a proactive strategy professional to support Group Strategy & Governance Legal. You will drive transformation initiatives at the intersection of legal, technology, data and governance, partnering with legal teams and stakeholders to enhance how services are delivered across the Group.

You should manage multiple workstreams independently, translate complex information into practical insights, and deliver projects from planning through implementation.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant discipline such as Law, Business, Finance, Economics or Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, governance, project management or business management within financial services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support legal transformation, digitalisation, AI/ADD and technology-related initiatives across Group Legal.
• Coordinate the development, review and management of Group Legal policies and governance frameworks.
• Support the oversight and governance of subsidiary legal teams, including reporting and coordination of key matters.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives, including research, analysis, project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across Group Legal.

Who you are

• Degree in a relevant discipline such as Law, Business, Finance, Economics or Information Systems or a related field.


• Relevant professional experience in strategy, transformation, governance, project management, business management or related areas, preferably within financial services.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different functions and levels of seniority.


• Able to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgement and take ownership of deliverables.


• Comfortable working with technology, data and AI-enabled solutions, with an interest in process improvement and transformation.


• Self-motivated, adaptable and collaborative, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
