Job description

Responsibilities

• Wharf & Vessel Side Mechanisation / Automation
• Embodied AI / Robotics strategy & execution including digital twin & simulations as well as AI orchestration across aPM aQC and automated wharf coning / deconing for optimal operational performance.
• PSA SG / PSAM Technology Roadmap & RIE Partnership (MOT MPA SMI S&TPPO A Star IHLs) to optimise SG Gov PSA SG and PSA Grp capabilities & resources for R&D and solutions implementation.
• Deployment & proliferation of selected Tech Projects (from PSA SG across PSA BUs)
• Subject Matter Expert in Embodied AI port technology - AI Council and AI Transformation Team
• Global IP Management and Translation for scalable solutions across PSA global portfolio
• Global Innovation Programme / KHPIA Lead under PSA Ventures
• Technology & Start-up scanning for PSA Ventures investments

Requirements

• A Degree / Masters in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant to embodied AI is preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in technology development and in embodied AI related domains and at least 10 years in a leadership position in technology transformation / implementation projects.
• Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen with strong analytical and visionary thinking skills.
• Resourceful with a self-starter mindset; strong ability to develop and execute ideas and initiatives.
• Ability to align innovation initiatives with business goals and have knowledge on venture capital models and co-development partnerships.
• Ability to assess technological fit and innovation potential.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with multi-agencies teams.
