Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an experienced Client Due Diligence Manager to lead onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, and ongoing monitoring for private banking clients in Singapore. The role emphasizes risk-based reviews, collaboration with Relationship Managers, and governance in a changing regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will oversee SB/SoW/SoF assessments, coordinate with Compliance, and contribute to process improvements and training across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of AML/KYC experience in private banking.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT framework and related regulations.
• Familiar with MAS, HKMA and FATF/Wolfsberg guidelines.
• Onboarding approval experience in HK or SG PB sector.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding review including KYC/AML and risk assessment.
• Advise front office on onboarding deficiencies and documentation needs.
• Perform independent review of Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
• Review and approve new business relationships with third parties.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Compliance to ensure onboarding.
• Train team members on KYC/AML matters and assist in audits.
• Support ongoing onboarding and remediation projects as needed.
• Generate management reports and coordinate training sessions.
