Job description

NATURE & SCOPE:

• Perform failure analysis on product to identify root cause of failure.
• Generate technical report of failure analysis finding and email to relevant process.
• Liaising with design members for failure analysis support for complex failure.
• Provide analytical service in support of non-conformance product processing.
• Responsible for tracking and follow up of Failure Analysis cases for further review.
• Manage non-conformance product inventory and scrap handling.
• Preparation of documentation related to repair of salvageable product.
• Assist process engineers in managing implementation of corrective and preventive actions in manufacturing.
• Assist in quality improvement activities.
• Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis tools & equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety & health rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Failure Analysis skill will be added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, able to contribute as a team player.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Words & Power point).
