Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Lecturer in Aviation Management to deliver and assess curriculum for youth and adult learners, both in person and online, while supervising internships and projects. The role emphasizes industry engagement and ongoing research to enhance curriculum and student outcomes.

The successful candidate will mentor students, use EdTech tools effectively, and develop partnerships with aviation industry to enrich learning experiences and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in air transport.
• Experience in ground handling or flying commercial/military aircraft.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum and assess student learning for youth and adult learners via face‑to‑face and e‑learning modes.
• Supervise students on projects and internships.
• Mentor students and track academic and non‑academic performance.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and adopt EdTech tools and stay current with trends in air transport.
• Initiate and develop industry-linked collaborations and projects with industry partners.
• Participate in academic or industry research to support curriculum and student development.
• Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners on scheduled weekday evenings or weekends.
