Job summary

A leading audio-visual company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to implement and service video conferencing solutions. This role involves training end-users and performing system checks. Candidates must have a Diploma in Audio Visual and relevant experience, and be able to communicate in Mandarin. The position offers a 1-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Audio Visual.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
• Relevant AV experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing solutions.
• Conduct end user trainings on the implemented solutions.
• Perform system checking for meeting rooms and auditorium.
• Assist in after sales services.
• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual solutions.

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
• 1 Year Renewable Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing/ MS team solutions
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
• Perform system checking for the meeting rooms and auditorium
• Assist in after sales services
• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Audio Visual
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholder
• Relevant AV experience
