Job summary

A leading audio-visual service provider in Singapore is seeking an individual to operate and maintain audio-visual equipment for events. Responsibilities include testing equipment for functionality, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with project managers on audio-visual requirements. Candidates with Class 3 driving licenses are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a disciplined work attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment is essential.

Job description

• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use or an event; investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify
• Maintains audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events.
• Candidates who possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, team player with good discipline and working attitude
