Job description

Responsibilities

a) To work closely with Management in undertaking duties required for projects. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assist in providing plans and layout advice for projects;
• Plan, maintain and monitor project timeline and provide timely intervention as well as storing & transporting of equipment;
• Perform rack & stack, onsite installation, upgrading of devices/software, troubleshooting and repair of equipment, networking and other inhouse projects at customers’ premises;
• Complete electrical wiring and trunking, programming and basic construction of set-up (use of ladder may be required);
• Be responsible for managing, testing and commissioning of CCTV, ELV equipment, Bluetooth devices and other required devices;
• Ensure all testing, configuration, staging and upgrading of the projects assigned are completed on schedule.
• To provide before, during and after project services;
• Liaise with client(s) on the requirements;
• Conduct quality control analysis prior to event;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, when required;
• Attend to service calls related to equipment breakdown;
• Provide onsite support and training to user at end-user’s premises;
• Ensure production and updating of documentation such as user guides & etc;

b) To perform any other relevant duties when required.
