Job description

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of AV systems including lighting, sound mixers (digital & analogue), microphones, speakers, cameras, projectors and live-streaming equipment.
• Experience in stage setup, live event support, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Proficient in videography, photography, and post-production (video and audio editing software).
• Ability to support ICT/AV setup for lessons, meetings and school events.
• Experience in basic ICT/AV equipment maintenance and asset management.
• Familiarity with AV planning, procurement processes, vendor coordination and technical documentation is an advantage.
• Ability to supervise and train students and staff in AV operations.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and able to work with students, staff and external vendors.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings or weekends during school events.
• Committed to safety, professionalism and high-quality service delivery.

Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in setting up and managing professional AV systems.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in multimedia content creation and/or editing.
• Preferably holds at least one relevant qualification in professional lighting systems, professional audio-visual systems, or multimedia content creation/editing.
