Job summary

A leading AV solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a technician to install and maintain audio-visual (AV) and home automation systems. Applicants should hold a diploma in Electrical or Electronics, possess troubleshooting skills, and be able to communicate effectively. The role involves on-site servicing, client coordination, and preventive maintenance. A Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess Class 3 driving license (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs for AV equipment and smart systems.
• Support project teams in system setup, testing, and commissioning.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery.
• Handle cable management, wiring, and connection of AV devices.
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance logs.
• Provide technical support and basic user training to clients when required.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems, home theatre, or smart home integration preferred.
• Hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team, and willing to travel for site work.
• Possess Class 3 driving license (advantage).
