Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite troubleshooting and technical support for various audio-visual systems including: Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, Audio Visual Switchers and any audio-related issues
• Handle videowall calibration, configuration of digital signage system
• Ensure system performance optimization and proper calibration of audio visual setups.
• Work closely with the internal team and manufacturers to implement customized solutions.
• Assist in post-sales support, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of service reports and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches
• Experience in videowall color calibration
