• Test drive after repairs before customer collection.
• Close job cards and explain outstanding matters.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth running of daily workshop operations
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs and make professional and appropriate repair recommendations/quotations
• Assign jobs to technical team, issue job cards and monitor servicing and repair job status
• Liaise with technicians and storekeepers for parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when needed and communicate any time restrictions to customers promptly
• Test drive after completion of repairs before contacting customers for the collection of their cars
• Close job cards and explanation of any outstanding matters on vehicle to customers
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
