Job summary

ELITEZ PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems in our Boon Lay workshop. The role emphasizes maintenance, overhauls and system testing while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workspace.

The position is a 1-year contract (extendable) with a monthly salary of SGD 3,200–3,400, and hours from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical work experience.
• Experience with maintenance, servicing, repairs and overhauls of mechanical systems.
• Comfortable with working at heights and in workshop environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing, repairs and overhauls of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Carry out hydraulic system maintenance, including lubrication, replacement, grinding and flushing works.
• Perform electrical works such as hose re-routing, cable repairs and system testing.
• Operate workshop machinery and equipment, including overhead cranes, buffing machines, hydraulic presses, drilling machines and other related tools.
• Carry out inspection, troubleshooting and testing to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Work at heights when required, including climbing onto and down from vehicles.
• Maintain good housekeeping and workplace safety standards, including cleaning, sweeping, disposal of rubbish, and washing of parts and vehicles.
• Perform other ad-hoc workshop and maintenance duties as assigned.

• Nitec qualification in Automotive Technology/Engineering or related field.
• Candidates without Nitec but with at least 3 years of relevant automotive experience may also be considered.
• Comfortable with hands-on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical work.
• Able to work at heights and in a workshop environment.
• Willing to perform housekeeping and general workshop duties.
