Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose and repair vehicle issues. The ideal candidate will have relevant academic credentials or engineering background, and experience in vehicle maintenance is advantageous. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5.15pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Familiarity with scheduled maintenance services.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.

Job description

Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle issues, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

Test and replace faulty parts, components, and systems as needed.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.

Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.

Adhere to all safety protocols and workshop procedures.

7.30am-5.15pm (Monday to Friday)

2 years contract renewable/convertible.
