You will install, configure, and troubleshoot GPS devices, maintain service records, and work with customers to understand their needs. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, reliability, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Strong background in GPS platforms and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with CANbus, OBD, GPS tracking, ADAS and DMS systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot GPS tracking devices and related systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their automotive technology needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records, diagnostics, and vehicle history.
• Conduct routine inspections ensuring systems meet manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.
