Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service within the automotive industry.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is required.
• Proficient computer skills to manage customer information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between customers and the workshop.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Provide service quotes and estimated time for completion.
• Inspect repaired vehicles before handing them back.
