Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to assist customers with car accessories. The ideal candidate should be able to work weekends and is preferred to have experience in automotive accessories sales. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, operating POS systems, and supporting customers before and after installations. This role offers a competitive salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products.

• Handle phone queries, online enquiries, and emails.

Retail Sales Specialist (Car Accessories)

Salary: $2500 - $3500 + Commission

Working Days: 5 days, 9am-6pm including Sat (off - day on Sunday and weekday)

Working Location: Joo Koon

Job Scope:

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products ·
• Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately. ·
• Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill walk in and online customers orders.
• Attend phone queries, online platform enquiries and email.
• Provide guidance and assist customers after car accessories installed.
• Arrange installation appointment with customers installation requirements.

Requirements:

• Able to commit working on weekends
• Experience in Automotive Accessories Retail Sales or Electronic Gadgets is preferred, but not mandatory
